Program: Ponchi Login Verification

Program description

Ponchi (operated by Optima BuildSolutions LLC, a brand of Zet8 Tech) sends one-time login verification codes by SMS to users of the Ponchi workforce-management app. Messages are sent only when a user requests a code by choosing "Sign in with Phone" and entering their own mobile number in the app. This is a transactional verification program — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is user-initiated. You will receive an SMS only when you request a login code — typically one message per sign-in attempt.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier according to your plan; Ponchi does not control these charges.

Opt-out and help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send any further SMS messages. To resume, request a new login code in the app.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is used only to deliver login verification codes and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
