Delete Your Ponchi Account

You can request deletion of your Ponchi account and associated personal data at any time using either method below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

In-app

The fastest way. Opens directly in Ponchi.

  1. Open the Ponchi app
  2. Tap More (bottom right)
  3. Tap My Account or My Profile
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account
  5. Confirm the prompt — your data will be removed

Option 2 — Request by email

Email

Use this if you can't access the app.

  1. Send an email to hello@ponchi.app
  2. Use the subject line: Delete my account
  3. Send from the email address on your Ponchi account
  4. We'll process your request and confirm by email

What gets deleted: your profile and personal information (name, email, phone), your captured clock-in/out photos, and your location records associated with clock events.

What we may retain: we may keep limited records where required for legitimate purposes such as wage/payroll history, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Where retained, this data is kept only as long as required and then deleted.

Note for employees

If your account was created by your employer, deleting your personal Ponchi profile may also require your employer to remove you from their company workspace. We will coordinate as needed.

Timeline

Requests are processed within 30 days.
